WOW we are so happy to have been picked for our diary of the day!!! "Thanks" What an honor!!!! Leroy's story has a great ending. I volunteered at the Humane Society two years ago. There was Leroy in a cage in the back. The day before a man found him on the streets. Well to make a long story short I took Leroy home with me that day!!! We had to foster him for the 10 day wait period to see if his old owners would be looking for him!! We put ads in the local papers with calls, but none for him!!! The Humane Society did'nt even have one phone call with the old owners looking for him!!! He is a great dog, I just could not believe no one would even look for him!!! You know that saying - Another man's trash is another one's TREASURE!!! Leroy is our little treasure!!!!
