Arrival Story:
Lived at Alameda pound for 6 months, kept getting thinner and thinner. I brought him home and he gained 40 lbs, he had bad teeth, so most of them got removed. Update 5-31-10 - Smokey had his last dental surgery. We had all 4 teeth removed, he is doing GREAT!
Bio:
Smokey is a rescue from the Alameda animal shelter, adopted in 2001. He is the love of my life and I can not imagine life with out him! He does have a very sad beginning, I don't tell it often as its a tear jerker. He has spent the last 9 years in the most loving home I can provide for him and his sister Scarlet and his cat brothers.
