I am sorry to say, but Jake has passed away this morning at the age of 17. I found him in the back yard behind the grill and he wasen't moving, so I called my dad he checked and came back in tears and said "Im sorry honey" and I am in tears right now because i am writing about this horrible tragidy.

We are still wondering what we are going to do with him. I don't want to burry him because we are moving soon and we won't be able to take him with us. My mother wants to get him cremated and kinda agree but my dad dosen't. He wants to burry him in my grandmas yard because thats where he burried all of his past dogs.

You and your family created many loving memories in the 15 years that you were together. Your life may have ended on earth, but those memories will remain in the hearts of your family.

You will be missed by your friends and family, Jake, but not forgotten.
