This morning we went to PE. Sort of....you see, PE was canceled and we didn't check our e-mail last night. Well, my humans had to drop some things off at mistress's grandma's house, so we visited her awhile. I finally got to meet Snoopy! He's a nice dog, but he wants to play SO much...he's a little overwhelming. Not that I don't like to play, but Snoopy's an in-your-face kinda guy. Fun to play with though! Snoopy and I chased each other for awhile. Then Sadie (who had gotten loose and just came back) came. I like ALL girl dogs (even bossy old Cookie), so I stuck with her. Snoopy got jealous. Don't know why. He doesn't want to marry Sadie or anything. Anyways, mistress's grandma shut Snoopy in a room until he calmed down. We had to leave after a few minutes, so my humans had to pay a few bills. Mistress was holding me (on my leash) in the front of the Georgia Power building. Suddenly, we saw a yellow Lab walking down the street. Mistress said "hi" to him and he wagged his tail. Then he came up to us. He had a collar that had his name (his name was Buster), his owner's name (Darrel Charter) and a phone number. Mistress's mom called the number, thinking that Buster was lost. No one was home. Then someone in the building came out and said that Buster's owners let Buster wander around all the time. What the WOOF? Letting your dog wander off leash gives it an oppertunity to cause mischief, get hurt, or get stolen! (Of course, I'm an exception. I can take care of myself. Although, I know my humans don't agree with me on that point.) Buster is SO friendly. Anyone could just take his collar off and take him home and keep him! SOME people! *grrrr*
