I will have to agree wiff Rascal on this. It is good to be back home. Boy am I glad to see grass again! I am real happy that Rascal is feeling much better than he did when we got on last week. It is good to see him acting like his rascally self again. I can't believe he tried snag some bread right in front of our pawrents. BOL!
Now we didn't do much this past week. I think all of us were real worn out from our trip. I think Rascal and Mom slept about the same about of time. Me thinks they slept so much cause they hurted so much. I knows on the last day in Brooklyn my did something to her back. I also knows them steps was getting to both Rascal and Mom. Them both have arthuritis. Glad they gots medicine that makes them feels better. Me hopes now that mom has rested up that me and Rascal will get back to our regular Dogster routines. I miss seeing my dogster pals.
This was to be our last day in Brooklyn. We went to visit wiff grandpaw in the hospital once again. This time he was sitting up in a chair. After giving his hand a kiss. I cuddled up right up against his feet. Mom asked him if that my laying on his feet reminded him of what Kelly used to do. Kelly was my mom's dog many years ago. I think it brought back some fond memories. I really liked making my grandpaw smile.
Later in the afternoon we met up wiff someone mom had met online. They have been furends fer a while now and they finally got to met. I really likes meeting the people and furs we make furends wiff through the computer. Her furend has these real interesting birdies. She showed us them. Me liked listening to them sing. Too bad Rascal didn't gets to meet her and the birdies. After our visit we when back to grandpaw's house. We rested up before we headed on home in the early evening.
Now the early part of our trip was uneventful. That is until Rascal started making these noises. Mom turned around while the care was moving to check on him. The furst rest stop we came to we stopped. I walked wiff mom and Rascal walked wiff dad. Rascal seemed kinda okay to me. Though I am not sure how steady on his paws he was. All I knows is that something happened to him on the trip home that made he uncomfortable. Him always ruvs to ride in the car. He is usually real quiet when he rides in the car. All I knows is I was real happy when we gots home. Mom found out the following morning that something had bitten poor Rascal on his snout. Glad he didn't look in a mirror. He would have been shocked to see his snout.
Ruv 'N' Waggles, Sandy
ps. Everything wiff my grandpaw was status quo today. Rascal is doing much better.
