Nice Car Races

Mom went to some kind of car race tonight. She said she thought it was a nice car race, but it turned out it was another kind of car race and that lots of those cars weren't very nice anymore when they were done racing. Maybe a not so nice car race? I dunno. She said a bunch of cars went around in a circle really really fast, like fast enough to get lots of tickets from policemen! But it was okay to do it on the circle, appawrently, cuz no one gave them tickets. Just trophies. A 'course Mom had to tell me all this cuz the races are NDA. Phooey on NDA nice car races!

Mom told me there were fireworks after the races. I guess I'm glad I couldn't go after all. Next to thunderstorms, there's not much worse than fireworks. All that noise sends me shivering into Dad's closet! I hates fireworks! The last race was a figure-8 race and Mom said the cars nearly collided in the middle a number of times. I dunno why anyone would want to do that, but she said she wasn't kidding me. I had to ask her what a figure-8 is. I know it has to do wif a number, but I only count up to about 3. I think two threes make an eight, at least from the looks of them. I dunno.

I like to bark at cars. I bet I wouldda barked my head off at the car races. Mom said that's prolly part of the reason why car races are NDA. At least dog races aren't NDA . . . or are they?
