I'm BALD~HOMESICK and TOTALLY FREAKED OUT!

It's true, I'm bald.
It's true I'm homesick,
And it's true that I have been an emotional wreck ever since Mom dragged me half way around the country to the dog forsaken place!
Sure, it's warm here. Big deal! I miss my snow! I miss my yard! I miss my walks and I intend to pout and be as disagreeable as possible until Mom comes to her senses!

I am also shaved SO close I can feel a breeze when Baby Pug walks by, Tell me how a respectable Tzu is suppose to go out in public with NO HAIR??
The ONLY good thing is that Mom isn't after me with the brush every 5 minutes.

Our new neighbors have about a thousand dogs that live outside and bark all day and all night, I'm sure I have bags under my eyes!
Someone, cucumbers STAT! And a steak too while your at the fridge!
Mom keeps bringing home every sad sack she see's, even brought home a Pit bull she found in the middle of the highway!

Again, I intend to be as disagreeable as possible until she rights her wrongs!
Tzu's have right's too ya know!

To Shave or Not To Shave.....That is the question......

As some of you know, I have been growing my fur out in the hopes that I will one day look like my Canadian idols, Lenny & Harrison.

They are beautiful doods and I am not at all ashamed to say I have a man crush on them!
After a harsh winter and many mini snowballs stuck to my underarea's, Mom finally made the painful decision to "CUT IT ALL OFF" *gasp*
That night after dinner she tells Daddy she thinks we should get into the groomers and get me shaved and thank dogness Daddy says "NO"
Not the guy I expected to be in my corner on this issue but I am his fave after all :)
So here I am, back to matts under my arms and icy snowballs stuck to my undercarrige.
Beauty is painful doods!!!!

I'm in trouble

Oh yeah, I hit the jackpot of trouble with this adventure!!
I taught Angel how to crawl under the shed to check out the baby bunnies and dog oh dog is Mamma mad!!!
I guess we must have chased the bunnies off cuz 2 days later when I sent Angel to investigate she came out with a baby Racoon and not far behind her was a big ole mean Mamma Racoon !!!!
I kept barking and barking at her and Mom ran back there with a shovel yelling at us to get in the house!
Well, I wasn't about to leave this strange looking dog in my territory so I continued my fierce Tzu bark until Mom scooped me up and brought me inside.
When Daddy came home that night he put some kind of fence around the shed so Angel & I can't get in there anymore.
Now, I know they are still in there and I will not rest until I have devised a way to get back in there!

I don't feel so good

It's true, I aint feeling so hot.
Mom thinks somthing must have happened while she was in the hospital but I'm not tellin!!
I've been crying when Mom picks me up, lethargic & no appetitie.
After a rough night last night, Mom called the Dogter 1st thing this morning and we were on our way.
As soon as we walked in I started shaking. I know what goes on here!!
After being prodded, pocked, weighed, things stuck in places they shouldn't be and a series of tests the Dogter thinks I may have a slipped disc in my neck:(
She says we can try and be optomistic and hope for a pulled muscle but if I don't respond to the medicine and rest, by Monday I will have to be sedated and x-rayed. YUCK!!
Mom is pretty worried, I've been through so much already!
For now I'm just resting and being hand fed.
Please keep me in your prayers!!!

I LUV da weekends

Ahhhh fluffs...Do I LOVE da weekends.
Da Momster is home, the weather is getting nicer and I got me a nice long Tzu massage...Life is sweet my furiends....Oh so sweet!

Tzu Times

Not much to report in Tzuville. I've been cooped up all winter.
A pawty here and there but I am surely ready for Spring!!
Mom says I'm getting grouchy with strangers lately but I just don't like strangers pawin me.
Nuttin wrong with that right??
Moms been growing my hair out, trying to catch up with her idols Lenny & Harrison and every time we go somewhere someone inevitably wants to touch me. EWWWWWW! Hu-germs BOL~
I'm still Daddys boy and pretty much get my way with everything including begging at the dinner table*Grins*
Moms been looking for a playgroup to take Daisy & I to since Baby & Tico have their own.
Unfortunately the 2 that she found meet to early in the morning.
Did I mention that we are not a morning family???
I need my beauty sleep!!
The new chick is working out OK. I totally played hard to get dudes!!
Live by the Tzu rules or persish~AH-Ha-Ha
I have a feeling grooming time is fast approaching so I'm off to practice my "sick"dog look ;-)

Football Tag

The very fine Prissi Lu (881739) & Junebug (416326) asked me to play football with them.
This is kind of like tag, but also a little different. The rules
are you have to say 5 things about yourself, and then ask five other pups to play football with you! Here goes:

1. I will not come inside the door until Mom open & closes the door at least 2 times!

2. I LOVE to sing along with the harmonica!

3. I am not an early morning Tzu and prefer to lounge in bed till at least 9am!

4. I will only play tag with my fursibs if I can be it!

5. I have Daddy wrapped around my paw : )

Winter Quiet

Things have been pretty quiet around the hacienda lately.
The pee-pee tree, 'scuse me, I mean Christmas Tree is gone and we're back to our normal routine.
Sleep, potty, eat, potty, play, potty, sleep.
Ahhh... the life of a dog:)
Moms back at work, little hu-sissy is back at school and winter has really set in.
It's -7 here today with a windchill of -25. A tad too cold for me!
I fur one quite enjoy the snow but nopup wants to stay out and play with me, So I've been snuggling up to Mom instead.
If she's on the 'puter I'm in her lap, if she's on the couch, I'm in her lap.
Fairly unusual behavior for me and Mom says it worries her.
Wants to know whats wrong with her little snugglebug?
Well, keep calling me snugglebug and I really will have a problem~BOL~
We had our winter & V-Day photo shoot yesterday. Hate to admit it but I'll do just about anything for a treatie!
Moms looking for a playgroup for me so I can get out and about but so far everything is too far away.
Tico has a playdate Sat. and Baby has a playdate Sun. No fair I say!
Tzu's should come first!!
Tomorrow is Baby's 1st Woofday and if I want liver cake I guess I'm going to have to be nice to him...Hmpphhhh.

The Holiday Bazaar

Last weekend was our yearly excursion to the Oak Park Animal Care League's Holiday Bazaar.
Usually I LOVE to go there but this year Mom put me in a STROLLER so I wouldn't pee on stuff.
Why I NEVER!
What in the name of dog bones was she thinking??
A little Tzu pee never hurt anyone, and how was I to let the other fluffs know I was there??
After Mom finished shopping she parked the rolling jail cell and let me come out to take a picture with Santa Paws.
He remembered us from last year and commented on how we've grown.
I'm pretty sure he was refering to what a Moose Baby is!!
I've kept my trim Tzu fugure all year long!
After the picture's we checked out the bake sale...MMMM
Sissy played the bone game and won some great things we are taking over to the shelter near our house, and finally we made our way to the homemade doggie treat table.
We were given sample after sample and I gobbled up all I could!
One happy Tzu was I!!
Daisy & Baby tried to start a fight with a big old shepard looking dog but I was my angelic self as usual :)
When all was said and done Mom took us outside for a little tinkle break and we headed home.
I took a nice nap in the car but as soon as we got home I decided to throw up on the carpet.....Too much Holiday snacking fur me :(
After that I got to sit in Dads lap all by myself and watch football.
So I'd say all in all in was worth it!
Now if I can just talk Mom into getting rid of that darn stroller!!

The "Big Table" is out...

Yep, you heard it here first, The "Big Table" is set up in the living room.
You know what that means????
Good things are a comin!
I've been quite busy trying to guard my perfect spot from Fatty!
The new kid just don't know who he's messing with!
Nothing comes between a Tzu and his Turkey!!
Mom and Dad have been busy baking and chopping and cooking so I've got to remain vigilant and hold my post, No matter how good it smells in the kitchen!
Mom says there's a baby coming this year and that means lots more food on the floor for me~Woo-Hoo!!!
I hope all our Dogster furiends & families have a most pawsome Thanksgiving!
