**Scooby** (An original poem by my favorite aunt Priscilla written soon after Scooby died) Plus size ears-- Queen size, they were, Befitting her regal status. She took her noble birth And royal duties seriously Scooby worked hard at keeping us company, Reading our moods, responding with empathy. She was a perfect alarm clock and a skilled sniffer, She could clean up peanut butter better than a swiffer-- Generously sharing the job with Daphne, just like a mother. She didn't demand first billing To let others go first she was always willing. Sometimes She'd give us a look-- the look that told us she didn't quite understand what we wanted. Then she'd do whatever it took, to please her family, never daunted.

1. I earned my Canine Good Citizenship when I was only 1 year old!
2. I loved all dogs and wanted to be friends with them all
3. I loved food and was always trying to sneak food off the counter or off people's plates if they were not looking!
4. I loved to go for walks on the beach and dig in the sand!
5. When I was a puppy my mom called me "Scooby ankle biter" because I loved to bite her pant legs when we were out walking. (Mom broke me of that habit pretty quick though!)
6. I always loved to go in the ocean to swim but I hated bathes.
7. I was very very afraid of fireworks.

Now I will find 7 dogs to tag!
