GO REDSOX!!!

Wahoo!!!! Go Redsox!!! Mom went out and bought us all Redsox bandanas! But GUESS WHAT!? She bought Chip a Redsox fleece jacket!!! SO NOT FAIR! I tried to take it when we were getting ready for our walk tonight but Mom caught me. I'm jealous! But Mom said that she bought me my big rope toy and a new galileo bone so Chip and the other pups get to have their toys too. I was mad the other day because she bought loofah dogs for Valencia, Star, & Flare. But anyway, we went for a long, long walk tonight and it got dark real fast. I could tell we started to pick up the pace after mom's boy toy jokingly said something about coyotes. But when we got home I got to go in my crate with the kong!!! YUMMMM!!! And oh yea...did I mention, GO REDSOX!?!?!???! YIPEE!!

We celebrated Cali's 9th Birthday tonight when Mom got home from work. She made a yummy pumpkin & peanut butter cake with some yummyyy pumpkin cream cheese frosting! I actually stole the first piece off the table. I COULDN'T HELP IT! It was sooooooo good. But hey guess what! I'm starting agility this week!! WAHOO! And oh yea...GO RED SOX!!!!!!!!!!

Feeling kinda ickyy...

Well I'm back on kibble now.... that was a loooongggg week. Mom left us all at the kennel while she went to Maryland for the long weekend. She picked us up and we were all fine. Well the next day I started having the runs :( and I was vomiting bile! We gave it a day on flagyl and when there wasn't much improvement, we went to see the doctor. I got a shot to settle my tummy, blood work done, extra flagyl, amoxicillyn, and intravenus fluids. No food all day!? WHAT!? Chicken and rice for a week!? WHAT?! Lets just say I was NOT a happy camper! Mom is kind of mad at the doctor though...he still wanted to keep me on the flagyl after 5 days of no bowel movement! She said no! Took me off the flagyl and now I'm fine again. Well, when the blood work came back and I was diagnosed with Pancreatitus. Usually it's more common in older dogs after a super fatty meal... but in my case, on top of being in heat and staying at the kennel for a couple days I developed a bug from stress which set off the Pancreatitus. Now I'm healthy again!
