Birthday: June 19th 1998 Likes: Wizard loves to be with his people. He is happy to go anywhere if his people are going there. He also likes going for walks and playing with his toys. Wiz also likes music- especially the B52s' "Love Shack"! Rawhides are yummy too. Pet-Peeves: His canine sister, Princess Pebbles, biting him in the face for no apparent reason and stealing his food. Favorite Toy: Wizard loves his blue cow. He also really likes his lion and the green spider. Favorite Food: Pizza. Definitely pizza. Favorite Walk: Wiz will walk anywhere his people go but he does really like the beach. Best Tricks: The Genius Dog knows all kinds of tricks! He is especially cute when he takes a bow at the end of a little 'performance'. Rolling over is tough though- cute, but tough. Arrival Story: Wizard joined the family after our beloved Rottweiler died suddenly from cancer that had spread to her heart. At the breeders, we had two nice male puppies to choose from. I almost chose the other puppy since the breeder recommended not picking Wizard because he was always putting his feet in the water dish (he hates to be hot to this day). My daughter felt strongly that Wiz was the puppy for us and I couldn't find any reason not to pick him so we did. I sometimes shudder to think that we almost didn't bring him home with us that day! I am so happy I listened to my daughter that day and brought Wiz home to live with us. Bio: All dogs are special, but Wizard is particularly so. He is a gentle giant with a heart of gold. He is extremely intelligent and very kind. Wiz is also a registered therapy dog. He's calm and quiet and ideal for going to nursing homes and hospitals.
