Arrival Story:
I was looking for a 2nd lab and located the Central California Lab Rescue. While at the Davis Farmer's Market, I met Lucky who was at that time a year and a half old. I met him, walked with him, bonded with him. We witnessed several people and other dogs approach him, even a few babies were laying on him and he was so gentle. The clincher for me was when he lifted his leg and pee'd on my husband.
Bio:
Lucky Dog is an English Lab, boxy square features. He comes from Walnut Creek where he and his brother Cooper lived with their "dad'; dad was transferred to Colorado. Lucky has proven to be a great friend to Niki, a black female lab, and loves everyone including babies!

Whew...got up at 5:30am; she never wakes up as early as me. I just want to get up and play, and around and be loved. Niki's on my team, she'll get up whenever I do. Okay, downstairs by 6:00am; breakfast immediately. Went outside, pooped, drank out of the pool, ran around like I was crazy with a toy in my mouth, immediate stop sniff where Niki pooped, pee on that, see if she'll play...okay back inside. Back up the stairs, I sure can run fast and take two stairs at a time. Oops, got my collar back on. Now she's taking shower and she won't let me inside with her. I just want to wherever she is. Yippee, she's done...I get to lick the shower...now she's putting on lotion and I get to lick that. Yikes, it's going to be a great day!
