Arrival Story:
Daisy came to us as an extremely frightened puppy. She is 8-9 months old and has been horribly abused. We were asked to foster her and see if we could get her over her fear of everything. She fell in love with our 11 year old son and has been coming out of her shell daily. She loves children. She has started coming to us when it is time to go out and we get the leash instead of hiding and cringing when she sees it. She is still frightened by loud voices and lots of activity around her but is getting better all the time. She is the sweetest baby girl and need to have a forever home with people that know and understand frightened dogs.

Day at the river

Today I got to go to the river with my foster brother Chuy. We chased his korny into the water and I kept trying to get it away from him. We ran up and down the bank and I kept diving under the water to see what was there. I had never been to the water before, there is so much to do and play with. I found a plant that was floating on the water and pulled the leaves off of it until nothing was left. My boy was there and I got to chase him also. Chuy and I ganged up on him and trapped him between us. I had so much fun playing with Chuy, I hope we get to go again soon.
