Tag! I'm it!

Hey everybody, I was tagged by my good buddy Bam Bam! Tag is a fun game to get better acquainted with your Dogster friends.y. Here’s how we play: Each player starts with seven random facts about themselves. Dogs who are Tagged need to post in their Diary the rules and their 7 random facts. Then choose 7 pups to tag and list their names. Then let them know by pmail or a rosette that they have been Tagged and to read your Diary for instructions on how to play.

Ok, here are my 7 pawsome facts:

1. I broke my leg last April and have made a full recovery,

2. I gained 3 lbs while I was laid up with the broken leg (I am now back down to a svelte 10 lbs!),

3. My favorite place is snuggled up under a blanket next to my Mom. I am the best snuggler in the whole world.

4. I do not like cold weather. I want to be a Florida dog! Preferably South Beach or maybe Key West.

5. I am a ferocious beggar. Mom has to set up some strict boundaries around human mealtime (thanks to Cesar Millan, they can enjoy their food again),

6. I have lots of sweaters and jackets to keep me warm in the cooler months. I am so cold natured that I even have to wear a light Jammie during warm breezy weather (hey - I have NO meat on these little bones!),

7. After six weeks of trying I am finally friends with my foster sister, Rosie the Bassett Hound. We hung out together all day today!

Making Progress

Today my mom took me for my 8 week check up for my broken leg. My doctor took x-rays, and it looks like I am healing right on schedule. My radius is completely healed, and my ulna fractures are healing, but not quite there yet. I can start light, controlled walking but NO jumping. Darn!! In another 8 weeks I should be totally back up to normal activity. I can't wait to get out and go crazy! At the moment, I tire easily, and am ready to come in after a few minutes in the sun. For now I am enjoying lots of lap time and have been catching up on my sunbathing.
