Did anyone know that Greyhounds like to swim???? Everyone is so surprised to see me dive into the water and take off swimming. Today I went swimming with Sumi and my two closest friends who are labs and I was the 1 swimming. They run in and out of the water playing. Sumi goes in and out at top speed and watch out if anything or anyone gets in her way. She is so funny. So I was standing with mom as the maddness went on around me. Mom turned to me and said go swim Jaz.... so being the good girl that I am, I couldn't refuse. I swam as far as my leash would let me, then back again. Stangers stood on shore smiling and laughing. One person even said what kind of dog is that ----- seriously!

Yes on #3 in MA

Today is the big day. I went to the polls this morning and met lots of people. We got asked a lot of questions. In the afternoon we went and got Con then we went to a different location. People came over to see us (mostly Con w/ his wheels). I met a very sweet boy; he was holding a sign for us dogs. I gave him kisses and leaned on him and I even lay at his feet and gave belly. Mom posted the pic of me and my new friend. It was a hard day’s work, now its nap time. I hope we win.

Big Job

This Tuesday people get to vote on making Greyhound racing illegal in Massachusetts.... I am going to go with Mom to stand outside and wag my tail. Mom says that I might be able to help her raise awareness. I hope people pet me. Mom said Con would be more effective with his cast/splint on but he cant stand. I am going to wear a pretty coat and give people kisses. I will let you know how it goes. I bet I last longer than Mom in the winter weather.
