She's A Golden Doodle Dandi

Well here it is 3:00am and Mom still hasn't went to bed, which mean I haven't gone to bed either! Lucky I don't mind sleeping in the office while she works on the computer. Mom's worried about Grama, she has been diagnosed with lung cancer. Grama is worried too, not to mention Grampa. They've been married for over 55 years! Mom hopes to have that many and more years with Dad.

We want to fix everything , and avoid pain at all costs and oh ! boy we suffer the most 1 To take the burden over our shoulder is too much to bear and it will lead us only to depression Who is mommy to say : relax ! but at least try to relax and enjoy Dosgter as a therapy for those moments when the world seems to be falling on top of us Oh my goodness! Dandi & Mom (Pam) So sorry about your Mum.... just take it a day at a time... self will fights alot of battle too. My Mum died when I was 14.... at 15 I was travelling to Europe and back alone.. I was capable.. and sensible. I left home at 17 permenantly... Yes it WAS tough.. NO it didnt all go right.. but you know... I had a brain... and I learned to be the independant person my folks prepared me to be. So.. credit your grand-daughter with the knowledge she can do this. Give her the support verbally and morally and build her up to BE able. You also have to believe WE are in control.. we have self will..and given half a sensible chance.. we do a decent job of living.
