Arrival Story:
Aweek before my high school graduation (june 2003) our 14 year-old cocker spaniel was put to rest and my brother, mom , and I were heart broken. After months of griveing, my mom and dad had been frequenting the glendale galleria pet store and noticed a cute golden retriever puppy. After a few months they went back and sadly he was still there, larger in size , and on sale. I went to see him and of course we took him home. The sad part was that he couldn't walk from being in a cage for so long so my dad had to carry him to the car, and the bottom of his paws bled for a while from standing on metal wire . I like to think that we saved him.

Bio:
he's a happy gigantic dog now. we have a big yard for him to run in and one of his favorite activities is helping my mom feed the fish in our pond. he's so cute but also very destructive eating the new sod on the back yard lawn, ruining shoes, eating off the stove, jumping on old people, and recently escaping during Halloween and chasing trick-or-treater's...But we love him anyways!
