About Frankie

Well, I don't really say much, but I had to comment on our little friend. I like her. I don't like admitting that I like her, though. She lets me bite her and knock her down and she keeps coming back for more! We play for hours! She does get a little overwhelming sometimes though. I don't mind having another girl in the house because she's not much of anything. I don't even think she's a real dog. If Momma decides to keep her, I don't think I'll have a problem with it. We'll see.

Letter to Santa

Dear Santa,
Momma doesn't let me write on the computer too often, cuz I like to chew on things, so this is very important. Murphy and Momma are pretty sad about our brother, Gutter, who is missing. It would make them very happy to have him back - hint, hint. Well, I have to go, cuz Momma is coming, so please, try as hard as you can to bring Gutter back home! (I would also like a new Bobo!)

Bath:(

Momma bathed us on Wednesday. Yuck. I had a good dog smell going. I hate it when she baths me in the shower. The water scares me. The rub down feels good, but then she puts me in the water again. No fun. My only favorite part of the bath is when I'm done. I like to go rub on everything, from the carpet to the bed sheets. I try to escape before Momma can dry me off too much! That way, I can get everything WET! She dried me off pretty good this time, though. Darn. Well, now I can start all over trying to get back the great smell that I had going. Maybe there's a good dead animal somewhere that I can roll in. Here's hoping!

Dog Park!

Momma took us to the dog park yesterday!!!!! It was a blast. There were dogs everywhere and no one tried to overpower me. It's not good for them to overpower me or I'll go Mad Skeeter on their butts! There were sooooo many good smells and I met a couple of friends there! Char and her new baby sister were there. By the time we got there, the little one was too tired to play. I don't play much with puppies anymore anyway, but Char was nice! I also met a little Chihuahua who was very nice and not pushy at all! I like those kind of dogs! I got lots of exercise and what's even better - Momma gave us Pegetable treats when we got home!! She loves us soooo much! Our best friend, Marianna, came over yesterday too! I love her - almost too much. I like to jump in her lap and my claws are evil. I don't like it at all when Momma tries to cut them. I scream and squirm and get my heart all worked up. Anyway, I enjoyed Marianna's visit, even if she didn't bring her Francis (border collie cross). Well, now I have to worry about a bath tonight. Maybe Momma will be too tired after work to bathe us! We'll see!
The Beat

FOOD!!!

My momma fed me later than usual today because I wouldn't leave her alone. I have a problem. Food is my life. I start bothering my momma and Rex to feed me about 2 hours before I'm supposed to be fed. I can't help it. I'm always hungry. I almost choke myself trying to eat so fast. Then I wait for Murphy around the corner because sometimes, he leaves his bowl to look for momma and I sneak in and finish his dinner. Other times, he leaves a few kibbles for me when he's done. He secretly loves me! I don't know why I have an obsession for food, but I do. I just ate and I'm hungry again. I haven't gotten so bad as to eating unedible items, but it's close. I just can't help it. I have to give kudos to momma - somehow, she's kept my weight down. I could be a couple of pounds lighter, but I still look pretty good! Well, maybe if I behave tonight, momma will give me a Pegetable to chew on! Here's hoping,

Just Blabbin'

My momma left me home alone with the cat the other day. She had to take Murphy to work to give him an Oatmeal Bath. She said he's itchy, but I say he's fakin' it so he can get more attention. Anyway, I'm not sure about the cat. At first, he was mean to me and Murf, but now he's been trying to play with me. I don't know what to do. (he's still mean to Murphy though! hehe) Eventually, I may break down and play with him, but he still thinks that dogs are out to get him, so I'm gonna be reallllllly careful. Here's to inter-species relationships!

The Cat

Well, I have to write about my feelings. This cat momma brought home is pretty mean. I just left him alone and let him get used to me. I think he might like me a little more than he likes my brother. After 3 months of antagonizing us, he's been trying to get me to play with him. I don't understand. All he's ever done before was smack me. I'll give it a year or so, then I might play back. I have to see if he has honest intentions.
