Day of the Dog

My mom told me that I have a whole bunch of new friends, I keep looking out the window but I don't see them anywhere! I would really like to go to the park with them. I could also show them the sandbox that I like to dig in! It's so much fun!!!

Day of Sleeping and Eating

Today was a good day for me. I got to sleep and eat, sleep some more, and ocasionally I tried to get close to the new cat my owner got. I've been trying to be friends with her for about two or three weeks but she doesn't really like me all that much. I don't think she's used to being around dogs like me. Im only one and I really like to play around. She's 6 and she likes to play but I don't think she likes to be as playful as I do when I get hyped up. She's one of those fat cats who likes to play but when she's done EVERYTHING has to stop around her. She's like in control of the house, kinda. She is the princess of the house. She ALWAYS gets to sleep in the window and I have to move away and sit one the couch and look at a peice of wood that's in my way, so I'm constantly bobbing up and down just to see friends out of my window. I know my owners try hard to get the cat to like me but I don't think she wants to be friends with me. The closest I can get to her is maybe about two feet away from me, if I'm lucky. If she wants me to go away she'll tell me by trying to swat my face with her paw. She has a lot of force with that little paw of hers. If I don't back off after one swat of her "mighty" paw she starts chasing me with her tail all poofed out, back curved and starts hissing at me. I get really scared when she does that. Today I've been lucky 'cause she hasn't hissed at me yet. I think she might be starting to get used to me, but I don't really know.

Well I have to go now... My owners are starting to have supper. I think they're having steak tonight..
