Arrival Story:
My mother in law bred her yellow lab and gave one of the pups to a good friend of hers. Well this gal decided to breed the yellow girl with her black lab boy, the outcome? Thirteen little black lab puppies. I begged my ex-husband for a pup for my birthday in June, on my way back from a businsess trip I found out my birthday wish came true. Monte was being hidden at my in laws as a surprise. Although this dog was my gift, sadly he was always my ex-husband's pooch. When we split up, he stayed behind with him and is enjoying a wonderful life. I miss him all the time, he hasn't been with me for four years now but I still consider him part of my K9 family.
