I heard the whisper of the trees
And a tear slipped from my eye
For your voice came into my heart,
Why did I start to cry?

I felt the touch of raindrops splash
So soft upon my skin
Remembering the glorious day
That my heart had let you in.

Time has passed for many years
Each second seems so long
And now each time I think of you
I hear our loving song.

I think about the whispered words
And with each thought I find
Although the years have passed away
I still have you on my mind.

thank you for your gift. im sorry for your loss. i hope your loving bull boy was there waiting on my precious whisper when he crossed over the rainbow bridge for he was still a baby and lost.they are gone but never forgotten.i pray they both be there together playing but also waiting on us when it is our time. whisper and his momma
