Arrival Story:
I purchased her from a breeder in Ontario but wish I hadn't. The breeder is not a nice person though they are part of Vizsla Canada and I did get good references. I wanted to purchase a v from local breeders but I gave up waiting on their wait list. I wish I had waited longer as Lilla is tiny and has many health problems. She does have a wonderful personality though.

Forums Motto:
Endless energy... give me attention!

none:
Lilla is 8.5 months old and only weighs 32 lb. At 8 weeks she weighed 4lb. The litter was large, something like 12 puppies and they were all tiny. The breeder insists she will continue to grow and be around 40lb but I am doubtful. She has had chronic diahrrea for 3 months :( as well as itchy ears and armpits. She also had mites and got bordetella 3 days after having the vaccination for it. It is likely she has a weak immune system. I believe her other problems are from food allergies and I am currently experimenting with different foods. First Mate fish and potato seems to be helping with the diahrrea. Any comments would be appreciated. Lilla only barks when trying to entice a dog to play. She is very attentive and agile. I will likely put her in agility training. She hasn't swam yet but has been close. She is currently whinning at me for not giving her attention. Anyone know of good toys or treats that last a long time and keep the dog entertained for a while??
