Arrival Story:
We brought Sasha home when she was 9 weeks old. She was our first dog. She is the best dog ever and we can't imagine how different our lives would have turned out without her.

Bio:
Sasha isn't your typical German Shepherd. There is not an aloof bone in here body. She loves all people. She thinks everyone that comes to our home has made a special trip out here just to play ball with her. Most of our family and friends know how much we love our dogs and appease her by throwing her ball around the back yard when they come over. The few non-dog people we do know confuse the heck out of her when they come over and won't even pet her. Sasha doesn't share her love for people with other dogs. The ONLY dog she shows anything for that could be call affection is Maximus. She tolerates the fosters we bring home (male fosters more so then females), she tolerates our other dog Sparky, she also only tolerates dog visitors. We did some obedience training with Sasha. We got her CGC and considered going on to get her therapy dog certification before we got involved in animal rescue. Now that we have decided to take a break from fostering, we are hoping to find something to get Sasha involved in again. She needs more stimulation then our other two dogs. She isn't happy being a couch potato, while the boys love holding down the furniture all day long.
