Arrival Story:
Spartacus was my first foster dog when I started volunteering with Guardian Angel Animal Rescue. He came to GAAR after living 3 years in a kennel, where he was one of 100+ dogs being being cared for (if that is what you could call it) by an animal hoarder. We fell in love with him and couldn't let him go so we adopted him ourselves. We now can't imagine our lives without him. We only wish we could have found him sooner.
Bio:
Sparky is such a laid back, happy go lucky dog. He just goes with the flow. He is our gentle giant. When we brought our first child home from the hospital he became very watchful over her. Every time she cried he would run and find one of us and try to guide us to her. He pays her no attention now, except for an occasional, slobbeery, kiss, but we were just so taken by his concern over the baby that we fell in more in love with him.
