Leave a bone for Dixie (In Loving Memory)

Nicknames: Schnooty, Schnoodle, Sweetie, Chowder Head, Princess

Quick Bio:
Likes: She loved to chase frisbees, any type of ball, and follow her Uncle Joe anywhere.

Pet-Peeves: Giving up her toys, Yankee Fans

Favorite Toy: ANYTHING she could carry in her mouth. She once carried a frisbee in her mouth for 9 innings at a baseball game.

Favorite Food: My mother's meatballs and anything made out of cotton!

Favorite Walk: Two houses over, there were always goodies there. Other than that, she didn't like to go for walks.

Best Tricks: Barking at you when she felt she was being ignored.

Arrival Story: Dixie was our first "bully." We got her from a breeder when she was 5 years old. She had three litters for them, but wasn't show dog quality because her teeth were crooked, so they wanted a good home for her. After head butting my husband at the breeder's house, we took her home. After a few days, we knew we had the sweetest creature on earth. Proof that the best things in life are free!

Bio: We had Dixie for 9 short years, she was 13 1/2 when she died from cancer. Not a day goes by where we don't think of her; sometimes with laughter, sometimes with tears. We miss our pretty white girl. Rest in peace sweetie, we will play frisbee again..... 10/02/89 - 02/09/03

I know you are sad because today is my 3rd anniversary at the bridge, but don't be. I am young and healthy again, and I will be right here waiting for you. I still have my frisbee, and it's "healthy" again too.
Love Dixie XOXO
