Where were you born? Don’t know for sure; rescued in Tijuana Mexico.
Where do you live now? La Jolla, California
What is your favorite toy? Stuffed treat balls, and any other balls.
What is your favorite store? Petsmart
How many toys do you have? A veritable cornucopia.
What brand of food do you eat? Natural Balance Venison and Rice.
Wet or dry? Dry
What is your favorite color? Green green green (grass.)
Are you bad when nobody's looking? Not so much anymore.
Are you friendly? Most of the time.. sometimes I am a bit shy.
Are you overweight? No way! I’m one hot chika all the dogs in the park want a piece of me!
Do you eat people food? Very little.
Do you eat bugs? Yes, Mommy calls me the Great Pink Lipped Bug Snarfler.
Do you live with other animals? Do fish count? Or Daddies?
Do you like to exercise? I LOVE to run, run oh, and run some more.
Do you like car rides? Does a bear poop in the woods?
Do you get into stuff? I know how to open the door that holds the food.
Do you like to swim? Not so much.. I like to run in the river and in the ocean but only if there are LITTLE waves.. and even those send me packin'.
What is your favorite treat? Anything at grandma’s house.
Do you shed? Yes
What's the funniest thing you ever did? Well, when I don't want to leave the park, Mommy leashes me up and I will do as many somersaults as I can to delay leaving. People think it's hilarious....Mommy, not so much.
What's the bravest thing you ever did? Well I saved a puppy from running into the street by listening to Mommy for once and stopping when she yelled stop.

Are you a social animal? Yes! Life of the party!
Collar or harness? Both, harness for walking!
Retractable or a regular leash? Retractable most o the time, I like my freedom.
Ceramic, Metal or Plastic bowls? Ceramic one says "eats" the other says "drinks". Mommy thinks they are cute.
Do you sleep in a crate? No, I sleep with my mom and dad, in fact I like to think they sleep with me.. it is MY bed after all.
Do you have a dog bed? No, I chewed up like 5 of them.. Mommy got sick of buying cute new ones.. maybe someday soon she'll try again.
Do you have a doghouse? No, I’m an inside dog.
Do you belong to any dog clubs? Yes, Connect the Dots is the BEST!
How does your owner describe you? I'll let her talk now.
Birdy is my world. She lights up everyone's day. The way she curls into a tight little ball with her snout on her butt. She talks and my parents swear she speaks English. With her uh huh's and chatty cathy ways.
When I lost Diggz the day after Christmas 2006, I never thought I'd want another dog as long as I lived....especially one with spots, the pain was so bad. But when my friend e-mailed me Birdy's pic from Petfinder.com, my heart did a little bump bump. So I called them and they brought her to me to do a home check, when I saw her sitting in the passenger seat like the little princess she is, I knew she was mine.
We are extremely close. She is like my shadow. The only time she is naughty is when we are at the park and she ignores me because she gets so focused on playing. Pisses me off but then that only lasts like 3 seconds when she turns her full wattage on. She bats her little white eyelashes with those caramel colored eyes at me and I AM toast!
There is nothing in the world like being owned by a Dalmatian. They are the most special dogs in the world.

Well my Mommy finally took me back to the beach. The first time, I was scared of the water. But this time I decided to party like a rock star and just dive in!
Well I sure did, the waves were pretty scary, but I soldiered on and found that you can get free food from them!
Yup, free food comes right out of all that water! Mommy was chatting away, and didn't see me haul in the food, but she sure got excited when I came over to show her the nice big fat fresh fish I'd caught in the waves.
I'm pretty sure her was screaming and chasing me around out of pure joy at my catch. But frankly, Mommy has been a bit stingy with my meals and treats lately because she said I was "porking up". So you know what???? I didn't share a single bite with Mommy!

Mommy and me, we like to go walkies every morning and yesterday was no exception. We were pounding the pavement having a glorious time, sniffing the air, scanning for potential four legged playmates, when all of a sudden I saw something that I knew I MUST HAVE and share with my mommy!
Mommy was really busy singing Christmas carols (I know it's weird she sings them even in October) and not paying attention to me, but I saw it and scooped it right up and promptly brought it to mommy for sharing. I am such a good girl, I know, I get told that all the time between bouts of sofa chewing and bed destruction.
Mommy smiled at me,and I was so pleased to offer her this gift. But WHOA!!! When mommy saw what I had in my mouth, did she go crazy or WHAT!!! I was sure I had heard mommy go nutso before, but she screamed DROP IT and LEAVE IT so loud, I am sure my brothers and sisters still in Mexico could hear her. Well of course I spit it out, it was for her! Ptooooey!
I just don't know what her problem was, it was a spiffy, slightly petrified and I must add, still chewy, dead rat. Boy, my mommy needs to chill.
