Pawresents!!!

Yesterday my dad wasnt arround.. mom said he went to L.A. to buy some stuff he needs for work he cant found here in Mexico, I hope I can seem him today but again momsays he went to work to another state... anyway... he called yesterday at night and asked mom if she can go to his department to feed the guinea pigs, I went there with mommy and we found some great surprises!

Dad got us some cool stuff in L.A.!! he buy me a new plate, a big cuz ball, another big loofa becouse I destroy the one I had and a rare thing with a light that mom attach to my collar.
Mom founds my cuz fascination amazing, I enter to the apartment and the FIRST thing I do was taking the cuz ball out of the table and start bite it so its squeeks!

Mom calls daddy to says thanks...but...I really dont seem to get the reason of all this new stuff.... is it christmas again??

The Three Kings came to my house!

Well.... actually only one becouse only one gift appear under the three, BOL!!
I wake up today and found this bag under the three with the gift that the Kings brought me at night, this is a mexican tradition (three kings are a lot like Santa they came at night and left presents to the kids).

My gift was a cool toy that can be filled with treats! I love challenges! haha

At evening all the family get together to eat "Rosca de Reyes" this is another traditions we celebrate this day here in Mexico, Rosca de Reyes is is a big oval wreath made out of egg bread (like an egg bagel, but huge) with dry fruit decorations and sprinkled sugar on top,
its really yummy, so I get a small piece of it also!

Its seems I liked very much becouse dad decided to ate another piece at night and I stole the last small piece he left in the plate!! He left his plate on the bed and went to the kitchen, mom was beside me but I dont care, with a quick movement I took it and ate it very fast!! Mom says I looked like a crocodile BOL!! Dad didnt find it that funny...

Holidays are over.

After expending two weeks in Puebla, me and my family are back!As always, Im so tired becouse I played a lot with my doberman cousins! well... only with one, becouse my older cousin Sat was recovering from surgery, apparently he had a problem in his stomach becouse he eat a rock!!! and the vet had to take it out!!! O_O unbelievable!!!! Im glad he is doing fine right now, mom took a video of us playing and I hope she help me uploaded soon!

Changing subject mom had one of those holiday thinking moments on christmas, she and her human cousin went in the evening to the supermarket for somethings that were missing for dinner, when they got out they saw at the exit one doggie that seems very sad and looked at every person that came out like saying "take me with you", sadly this is a common picture here in Mexico, and lots of people just dont thing its important, mom wants to take him home, but my favorite doberman cousin Keria, doesnt like other dogs inside the house, she only accept me and Nikki, the poodle of mom´s aunt becouse she meet us when she was a puppy, so all mom can do was give the doggie some food that she had buy, she went to the house feeling a little sad, but she feel better when she came home and saw us, me and the dobbies playing and having fun all warm inside the house, she make a gratitude thought for that and for having a family that love´s so much dogs (even if many stupid people think they are crazy), and for the happines we gave them back :)

Halloween/Day of the dead celebration

Mom hadnt time to prepare a halloween custome for me this weekend, she was planning to dress me as a mommie on Saturday but the weather wasnt nice to go out at evening and she and dad went to a party without me :(, but today after they arrive (long party BOL!) and took a nap, they took me to C.U to watch the ofrendas just like last year, in these days (November 1st and 2nd) Mexico celebrate Day of the Dead, this time the weather was to hot to wear my spider costume, ofrendas are private altars honoring the deceased, we build it using sugar skulls, marigolds, and the favorite foods and beverages of the departed, you can see them in my pictures. There were lots of people, so I had to go with my leash all the time, the good part is that they also sold food, my pawrents buy tamales and they give me some pieces yum yum I love it! specially the beans and cheese tamal!

Then mom bought some "bread of the dead" (Pan de muerto) another tradition of these days, the bread of the dead is round shaped with strips of dough attached on the top to resemble bones, so dont worry its not made of dead people BOL! My pawrents ate it with hot cocoa, and they also game me a little piece of bread so I can taste it and guess what? I ALSO LIVE IT!! so it was a great day for me, my tummy is so full!

Another trip!!!

Dad had lots of work on summer so we stayed and home on that days, so this weekend everything match for taking a break from this crazy city!!!

We went to Vaymas Hotel again, mom wanted dad to know the place, we had lots of fun, I was able to be outleash almost all the time, becouse daddy had more control over me, mom just gets to anxious, my dad is the leader of the pack in words of Cesar Millan BOL! I naped next to the beach, took long walks and found a new hobbie: chasing crabs at night!!!!! they were my sea squirrels! BOL!!!! dad even help me grabbing one and he got bitten! BOL!! mom can stop laughing (dont worry the crabs were small)

At night we saw the sunshine in one of the cute and comfortable sofas of the lounge, mom and dad drank some wine, and the three of us were cuddling! ahhhhh it was so romantic and relaxing ;).

Today mom decided to give me a bath becouse I smell like " homeless beach dog" she said, it really bother me so at my walk I decided to give her a lesson about the trully meaning of "smelling good" and I cover myself in something very nasty!!! I cant even mention it!!! mom gets really mad and I had to get ANOTHER shower at night, well it seems whe have different ideas of what a good perfume is! :S

My sunday

Today lots of things happens, mom and dad took me to my sunday walk at C.U. it was a special day becouse there was a event of different organizations that fights against animal cruelty and also dog shelters promoting adoption. My mom enjoy it and was very happy becouse she buys two pins, one of vegetarianism and other agaisnt bullfights there were lots of doggies and I sniff them all!!!!! Mom was a little nervous becouse my dogster friend Sasha was attacked very very bad a few days ago by a German Shepherd, even her mommy got bitten!!!!! So today mom acted a little paranoid everytime a big dog came near me BOL!

Lots of my friends were there, my friend Travis and his pawrents and my friend Mila and her humans, the humans had lots of fun talking, Travis has a new sister!!!!! she is a miniature dachshund just like Travis but longhaired and black/tan like me!!!! she jumps a lot infront of me and I get tired of her! Im a little impatient with puppies so I hide from her BOL!!! Milas pawrents were a little sad becouse Mila had what it seems to be a epileptic seizure, she is a italian greyhound with pedigree and everything, so they went to the breeder and she said "oh yes, its very common on italian greyhounds, so common you can say its normal" NORMAL!!????? epilepsy cant be something normal!!! everytime mom gets more convinced that adoption is the most etic way of getting a dog becouse lots of breeders only think on the money and worst things happens on puppy mills, so if in a future I have a brother or sister mom definitely would adopt!!!!

Anyway... it was a good sunday, the weather was nice at my walk, very sunny ( now is raining) we came home and dad share with me some of the bolognese spaghetti he order for meal mmmmmmm yummy!! after that I took a good nap.

Im sicky!

Yesterday was a long night for me and mom, I started to cough and to take out of my body a lot of phlegms, all night was like that, mom woke up to clean and to cover me with the blankets, in the morning she founds a lot of phlegms all over the room, she had to take the sheets and blankets to wash and I didnt stop coughing so she worried a lot, she had to go to her social service so dad had to come to our house and take me to the vet.
Dad told mom I surprise the hell out of him becouse I decided to escape from the vet when they where weighting me, I run all the way to the street and dad says I almost got hit by a bus!!!!! (mom was a little angry becouse she didnt undersatnd why he wasnt holding my leash) So it wasnt a very good day for me :S

It seems is just a very bad cough she gave me a very strong antibiotic, I have to eat before I take it becouse made my tummy upset, and I cant go out in three days!!!!! becouse vet said excercise will make me cough more :(

I hope to get better soon!

I went to a birthday party/ Dogster reunion!!

Today my Dogster friend Camila celebrate her birthday at C.U, me and my friend Carol joined the party, Carol is a beagle babygirl, her dad works with my dad and they live near our house so dad decided to take them to there first doggie pawty hehe; other Dogster friends was there, we meet the babies of my old friend Dakota, and Yutsil and Hajjito also were there!!!

We have a great time!!! the cake was so yummy!!!!! with chicken mmmmmmmm, mom baked cookies for everyone so I ate some cookies too!

We had such a great time!!!! I came home and sleep aaaaall evening, Thanks Camila for invite us!

Pipo Ear Pierce

Today I went for my regular sunday walk, and an agressive whippet bite me in my ear!! I didnt do anything to him I just approach and he bite me!!!!!!! mom heard me scream and when she check me she notice the dog fang go throught my ear! The worst part was that his owner, dont say anything to us, she didnt apologize or anything she just walked away! Mom ran to tell her but she have such a bad attittude and made mom really angry! grrrr

Im acting normal, I forgot about the issue in 5 minutes and continuing playing in the park, but mom was very angry and stress out, so we move quikly

My grandma heal the injury and told mom it wasnt necessary to take me to the vet, that she just keep an eye on me to prevent and infection.

The good part was that after that, mom went to the supermarket and got me a nylabone to make me feel better, I love nylabones!!!!
