I'm almost six years old and have managed to stay at this home for five years! My mom and dad never gave up on me even when I was so anxious I ate walls. I don't do that anymore. It took over a year, but I got better. People with new pets, please take heed! Love works miracles!

This last year I got an injury when K and I were playing. My skin got ripped and I had to have stitches! I had a big cone on my head and I hated it so much that I tore up my crate again. Dad was really mad, but he understood, too. He said he wouldn't want one of those things on his head either. I LOVE dad so much! I love mom too, but she was the one that took me to the vet, you know. So anyway, we finally worked it out and I got my stitches out and there isn't even a scar so it's all good. K got really freaked out when mom left him here and I got to go in the car..hahahahha!

Well, mom doesn't get on here much anymore, but really, her job is petting me anyway. I lie down beside her every minute I can just to make it easier for her! And dad too. Well, have a wonderful year everyone! Love, Leda.

Happy New Year Leda and Family! Hey there's hope for me too cuzz I ate a hole in the wall and am still not settling down like Momma wants but I'm only 6 months old and your story is an inspiration. Momma loves me loads but OMD I tell you she says I am a beastie boy at times. God Bless your Momma for giving you your loving forever home and having so much patience with you♥

Thanks! Happy New Year to you! I hope my story is an inspiration to pups and pet moms and dads. At one point, dad was sick and tired of me but since he and mom were my fourth owners, mom was worried what would happen to me if they took me back. She said she doesn't give away family members. Thank goodness! I'm very happy now and don't do stuff I shouldn't except when people put big old cones around my head. Sheesh! And I'm definitely a daddy's girl now. He adores me! As is right, of course...:) Anyway, glad I could help mom understand. By the way, a good training program for puppies at a reputable place helps a lot too. K went when he was an older pup, but they had programs for pups 6 months old, too. He's never forgotten what he learned--I think he needs more!--and made it easier for everyone.
