Arrival Story:
My family adopted me from the local shelter on December 28, 2005. My previous owners neglected and abused me. I'm glad that I'm now with my loving family. :)
Bio:
Pepper was born with a dislocated back knee, or so we think. We're not exactly positive how she got her bad knee. She could have surgery, but it's really expensive. She can live fine without it, so she will not have the surgery. The knee doesn't cause her pain, but she doesn't put a lot of weight on it.
