Mom and dad took me to Day Camp yesterday! Wow was it FUN!

I had to get up awfully early and I wasn't in the mood for breakfast, then mom was shuffling me into the car and I was really sleepy and just wanted to go back to bed. I heard mom say something about Chewie and playing, but all I wanted to do was sleep.

We got out of the car that place where that woman CUTS my hair so I didn't really want to go in, but there was a nice yellow lab wagging her tail and walking in front of me, so I figured it might not be so bad. Thankfully, instead of heading back to the grooming area we turned left and when into the petshotel.

When I got in there the yellow lab was there and she was doing all the tricks mom was having me do right with me! When did mommy train that doggie?

Then mommy left and they were pulling me back into another room where all I could smell was other doggies. Pretty soon they took me in a room with a bunch of other doggies and TADA!! there was my best buddy Chewie!!!!!!!!!! We were both so happy that we played and played and PLAYED! Then I had ice cream and a nap, and then it was back to PLAYING!!

Mommy came and picked me up after work and Chewie spotted her first. He was jumping up on the glass wagging his tail at her, and generally being a goofy boy like HE was her doggie, and not me!

By this time I was pretty darn tired and glad to see mom. But boy did I have FUN!!! She put me in my crate in the car and I promptly fell asleep. I vaguely remember eating dinner and going for a short walk later..... zzzzzzzzzzzz.............

Tip for the day: get your mom and dad to take you to day camp!
