Arrival Story:
Chance is a foster from the local shelter. He is brain damaged, we think that he may have been dropped, kicked or possibly thrown and he suffered trauma to his brain. When Chance came in to the shelter, he couldn't even pick himself up, now he's running around and eating and drinking on his own! he is improving more and more each day and will soon be up for adoption. ** Chance was adopted, he went to a great family with two other dogs. Unfortunately, he came in yesterday to wait to see the vet. He was having "bubble gum" seizures , and come to find out, he was a distemper carrier. Being a distemper carrier at such a young age it what caused his brain damage, his little body just shut down and couldn't take it anymore.
