 Quick Bio:
 Likes: Attention

Pet-Peeves: Having his paws touched, having his tail touched, not being the center of attention

Favorite Toy: His sister, Adabel! Soft frisbee, rope bone, nylabone

Favorite Food: ANYTHING!

Favorite Walk: Our neighborhood

Best Tricks: Chasing unwitting squirrels up trees

Arrival Story: We saw Romeo's picture and story on the local ASPCA website. Romeo's former 'mom' was undergoing chemotherapy and had to give him up. We thought he was adorable, so we went to meet him and we knew right away that we should be his new 'mom' and 'dad'.

Bio: In addition to his human 'parents', Romeo has a canine sister, Adabel, and two feline brothers, Nick and Ben. His canine brother, Ripkin, passed away on 7/25/04. We can't know what Romeo understands about all this, but we do know he will miss Ripkin's companionship.

It's been a tough week.
School has started, so Mommy and Daddy both are gone most of the day. I'm not sure who is more upset about this, me or them. Mommy looks so sad when she kisses me goodbye in the morning.
It's not so bad, really. My new sister, Addie, keeps me company. In between naps we play together. Sometimes we get a little too rough though. I had to go to see the vet the other day because I accidentally bit through my own tongue! Ouch! Mommy was very upset when she saw my boo-boo and she told Daddy that we needed to go see the doctor right away. He was very nice to me. I didn't like getting a shot, but otherwise it wasn't too bad. And while I was there I got to meet other dogs and got a special dog treat for being a good boy.
Mommy and Daddy say I have to take some medicine to be sure my tongue heals and now they are doing their best to make sure Addie and I don't play so rough anymore.
