Cold today

It is getting quite cold outside. There is an ice storm here and I sure like to stay inside. Especially since I had a hair cut a few days ago. Brrrrrr!!!

JUNIOR IS HERE TO STAY, I GUESS

This little Yorkie, Junior showed up here and I thought that he was just visiting. But, it has become very apparent to me that he is her to stay. My Mom is petting and hugging him...Used to be just me! I know she still loves me but now I have to share. Oh well, maybe he will grow on me. He can be a little pest sometimes.....

COLD!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, its getting cold outside!!! What's up with that? Used to be nice going in the yard and strolling around. Now its a quick pee and poop and back inside where its warm. BRRRRRR!!!!!!

Visitor?

I am not sure what to think? Since Thursday night, this young dog Xander has been here. He is a pest, won't leave me alone. He is hyper and runs around, eats my food, drinks my water, sits on my Mom's lap. I hear he is leaving tomorrow and we are just dog sitting. It will nice to have peace and quiet back again tomorrow when he leaves...David, my human brother and his intended wife went to Florida for a vacation is supposed to come and pick him up. Hope that he doesn't forget. He is a cute dog, but too much energy for me.......Murray

Vacation to Fort DeSoto

Just got back from a one week vacation. We went camping at Ft DeSoto in Florida. This was my first trip to FL and I saw new things. We went to a "Dog Beach". Yeah, that's right there is a beach just for us dogs. There were quite a few dogs on the beach running and playing and in the water. I just sat and observed and made friends with two little Yorkies. However, they kept trying to have their way with me. I don't really understand that? I saw these little creatures called lizards who would dart back and forth and up and down trees at the campground. Also made a new friend with our next door camper, Bud from Pennsylvania. He was a nice man who liked me to sit on his lap and look out at the water. I think that he misses having a dog of his own.

Had fun, but got worn out. We spent two nights camping at Wal-Mart.

LUCKY DOG

Boy, am I a lucky Dog. My Mommy and Daddy take such good care of me. Although, I am a bit of a fussy eater after they give me a taste of people food. I have a big back yard to run in and a screened in porch to lay in and watch whats going on. I have it made. We are going on a camping trip soon and I will get to ride in the truck. I like to go on rides, beats staying home alone. Life is good here, I never thought that I'd be so lucky.

New Dog on the site

Hi, I am Murray and I am new to this site. I live in Rockford Tennessee near the Smoky Mountains. My Mommy and Daddy adopted me in June and life has been great ever since.

Not long ago I was in a pound, but a nice girl rescued me and took care of me until she could find me a home. She was something called a vet tech? and still in what she called "College"? I don't know what those things are, but I am really glad they are around.

I love my new home, I have a big back yard that I love to roam in and my Mommy and Daddy take me camping with them. Life is good now.

I had a little brother Gizmo for a awhile. Gizmo was 13yrs old and blind and I sometimes bumped into him when I got excited. I am sorry to say that Gizmo died last week and I miss him.

That photo of me in the Blue Cage was Gizmo's own little house. I liked to go in it when Gizmo was out of it in the evening watching TV with Mommy and Daddy. They said he had to stay in there at night because he was old and sometimes he would go to the bathroom on the carpet!! Then they would have to change and wash his towels. Yuck. I am glad I don't do that!!!

When Gizmo went to heaven my Daddy took Gizmo's little house away and bought me a new orthopedic bed. WOW is it comfortable!! I sleep in that now at night instead of the couch!!

Well, got to go, I think there is a cat in my backyard and I have to get my nails trimmed. I keep hitting extra letters and have to correct!
