I am gonna be a winner!

On saturday we are going to a doggie adoptathon. I am soooo excited. Daddy and I have been practicing lots cuz we are entering the best kisser contest. I have been giving everyone lots of my famous sunshine kisses. Wish me luck I am gonna be a winner!

Hailey

I just wanted to say that even though I got a little jealous of Hailey I miss her. I know a little about Rainbow Bridge cuz we lost a sister last year to liver problems. Apollo is taking it real hard but I know Hailey will be ok and she isn't suffering anymore. Heres kisses and hugs to Hailey. We will see you again someday and I promise this time I will share my toys with you.

Mommy says I am jealous of Hailey. HUH!!!!! What does she know anyway. I am a manley man and I am not jealous at all. I just don't want Hailey to play with MY toys, sit near MY mommy, drink out of MY VERY OWN water dish, sit in MY chair, or play with MY uncle Ceasar. See I am not jealous at all. Humans!!!!

I guess I have recovered from the bird thing today. My mommy is still a little sad though. She feels real bad about yellow bird dying. I guess it will be ok. Its real hot here again today and so far I have been outside 2 times and really don't want to be out there. Its just to hot for me. I prefer the A/C with my blanket on me. Anyway, its just another one of those days I guess.

I am so sad

Well, today was a bad day for me. Ya see I love my mommys birds tons. She was moving the cage and for some reason the bottom came off and out popped 2 parakeets. The blue one landed on mommy but the yellow one hit the wall. Mommy screamed and daddy came running but it was to late. Mommy cried big tears cuz she felt so bad. I picked up the little yellow parakeet and dropped it at mommys feet. I was so so sad. Mommy was worried that the blue parakeet would have problems because he had been with the other for a year so mommy went and bought him a companion after she dried her tears. We buried our friend in the back yard so I can still visit her all the time.

Murphy

Today Murphy found a new forever home. I am a little sad cuz I really liked the little guy. I know he is gonna be really happy though thats for sure. I guess I will get over it. I know lots of doggies needing forever homes have come to stay with us until there new families came to get them. Its kinda nice sometimes cuz I make lots of new friends. I am excited though that I have a new sister coming to live with us on friday and she will be staying here and never leaving. Mommy said she is a springer like my Uncle Ceasar. That makes me happy. Uncle Ceasar is my favorite fur friend in the whole world. He has been sick lately cuz his hips hurt. My mommy gives him medicine to make him feel better though. I sure hope he is ok and hangs around for a long time more.

OK OK so I got my brother Apollo in trouble today. I am still a very good boy ya know. Apollo just bugs me and sometimes I don't want to be bugged. He was nudging me with his nose and whining and I was trying to kiss my daddy. UUGGHHHH ya know mom says he is still a puppy but GEEZZZZ 92 pounds seems to big to be a puppy to me. I am just a little guy here ya know. I mean I rule the roost with Uncle Ceasar and all but I am short. Oh well I am cute and cute is where all the lovin is ya know.

Mom and Dad said lots of long walks every day for the next couple days cuz we cannot use the yard. They did something to make all the grass grow back that we tore out running around HEHEHEHEH! Mom said something like the military housing people make everyone do this in spring so it looks nice. Works for me I guess. Instead of one walk I get lots. YIPPYYYYY!!!!!

Hi there humans and fur friends. My name is Levi Freedom. I got the Freedom part cuz mommy rescued me from a puppy mill while my daddy was in Iraq doing his job. My daddy was a Marine for 6 yrs what ever that is. Now he says he is a soldier in the Army. HMMMMM I just don't get it. Right now I am not happy cuz I am on a diet. Its really horrible. I swear they are starving me to death. Mom says I have to lose another 2 pounds and she will be happy. I got a bit chunky cuz daddy likes to sneak me treats. He says I am too cute for words and he cannot resist my face. My mommys lap is my favorite place to sit besides my very own doggy couch. Its tough being cute sometimes cuz everyone wants to kiss me YUCK!!! I love my Uncle Ceasar he is my favorite doggy friend. Apollo and Murphy well they are a different story. Murphy likes to steal my bones. I know he is a baby but still it just bites. Apollo is a big guy and I just have to let him know I rule around here. He listens sometimes and other times he annoys me. But I like him and he likes to give me sloppy baths. Well, I am on to my next adventure of the day. Bye bye!!!!
