Goodbye my sweet boy

On friday, April 21, 2006 we had Ceasar Jay put to sleep. He was in pain and it was no longer fair to him to keep him going for my benifit. Saying goodbye to him was the hardest thing I have ever done. I will never forget him and he will forever hold a huge piece of my heart. I could not have asked for a more loving, loyal, obedient companion. I may own another springer someday but there will never be another Ceasar Jay.
We love you and miss you my sweet boy. Play at the bridge and we will see you soon.

BIRTHDAY

Yups today was my birthday and I had tons of fun. I gots cake and bones and lots of love. Mom keeps telling me I am 9 yrs old and I knows I am but geeezzzz does she have to remind me. Mom says I need to stay around a lot longer cuz she loves mme more then words can say. I loves her to tons and bunches!

Bath Tub

HEHEHEHE!!!! I am an old man but I still can make a funny. Mommy was feelin sick today and we layed around most of the day. Then she said she was gonna soak in the tub. I thoughts to myself a bath sounds good. So mommy went upstairs and filled up the tub with nice warm water and some smelly stuff she calls bath oil. Well, she went into her room for a minute and when she came back she was laughin'. Theres I was sittin in the tub all warm and cozy. Mommy thought it was so funny. I guess I did a good cuz mom says she is feelin better now. Yups, I can still make everything all better.

Hailey

Well ya know bein a springer its awful hard to lose one. But ya know my mommy has been dealing with my breed for many years. She knows a lot about us. This Springer Rage thing is awful bad. I seed it before a long time agos. Hailey did not mean to attack Apollo or Mommy. She was just sick. Mommy cried and feels so bad. She keeps hugging me and sayin she is sorry about Hailey. I know mommy loved her and she gave Hailey a good couple weeks of pampering and spoiling. We miss you Hailey Rose. See again at Rainbow Bridge Sis!

My sister

Well, Hailey has been with us a few days now. I think I kinda like her a bit. She is awful shy though and mommy says that she thinks someone was mean and hit her. Isn't that terrible? Mommy said she will come around with time and love and she will get plenty of that here I know. Other then that I have been just enjoying the sunshine. I play all day and then sleep on the couch. I am an old man you know. I need my beauty rest.

I Winned

Can you believe I won diary of the day. WOW, I guess I am somthin' special huh? I was very happy to hear it. Today was sooooo hot I thought my tongue was gonna fall off from panting. We went for a short walk and then my mom and dad BBQ'd in the back yard. We all went outside with them and laid in the shade. Then we went into the house and thank God for A/C. I got to eat some steak and it was YUMMY!!!! Now its time for a nap. Talk to you later.

I'm Back

Ok Ok, Mom and Dad did something stupid today and I am sooooo mad. They went and seeded the yard with new grass and now I cannot play out there for a few days. I will never find all of those bones I buried I swear. Now don't you think they were stupid to do that? How am I suppose to chase the squirrels? Geeezzzzz these humans sometimes. They did take us for a long walk today though and that made me pretty happy. It was nice and warm here. Ok dinner time gotta go! WHOOOFFFF!!!!

Hello

Hi all my name is Ceasar Jay but my mom calls me Jay Jay or Uncle Ceasar alot. I am 8 1/2 yrs young. My mom says I am her best boy ever. Isn't that nice. I used to do therapy work and boy how I loved that. I can't do that anymore because my hips are getting bad and I have to take my medicine all the time YUCK! My favorite person is my mom but dad and the boy are ok to. I have 3 brothers, Levi who I love to pieces. He is my buddy. Apollo is ok to but he really bugs me sometimes. Now Murphy is the new guy on the block and he is a royal pain in my butt. He just doesn't get it that I don't want him to jump on my head. GEEEEE whats a guy gotta do to get it through to him? Its raining outside today and I am not happy about that but I guess the couch is a good place to hang out. I will just have to chew my bone all day I guess. My mom and dad spoil me rotten they say. I am not sure if I am spoiled but I do know I get lots of toys, beds, bones and pretty much anything I could want. I know my humans love me lots cuz they tell me so all the time. I am so glad I own them.
