Dentist Appointment - Feb 2009

Mom took me for a teeth cleaning and boy, was that not fun! I had to have 4 teeth removed!! I stayed all day at the dentist and mom picked me up in the afternoon. I was a little groggy but happy to see her!
I had to take an antibiotic for over a week and now mom is putting a sealant on my teeth every Saturday for 7 more weeks. We want to keep my breath minty fresh! :-)

I got a 5 pound bag of special food because it is dental month so that was neat and I do like it!

FREEDOM!

My life is wonderful! I no longer wear belly bands. I sleep with mom and dad. I never have to be in a crate or even the play pen any more! FREEDOM!! Mom says it is because I have earned her trust and she knows I am a big boy now and never even had one single accident all this time !! When mom goes to work I just sit on the couch and wait for her to come home at lunch and then we watch Young & Restless together. After she gets home from work I sit in the kitchen and watch her cook. When dad gets home we all go outside and play for awhile. Now that summer is coming I like to sit on the lounger and watch them in the pool. I am not too keen on getting in myself!!

Life is so good and I could not be happier!! Mom's school will be out this month so she will be home with me all summer and I can't wait! We will have so much fun together!

Six Month Vet Check

Miles went to the vet this week and was such a good boy! He lost a little weight. He started out 5.5 and now weighs 4.8. The doctor was fine with that! She said he was physically trim and fit and felt good. :0)
All tests and labwork were normal, thankfully! His teeth are in good shape and he got an A + on everything!
He is so good with everyone and loves to be cuddled.

Settling In

I really hit the jackpot in my new home! I have a new bed and new fleece blankies my grandma made me and sent to mom. I have a new wardrobe and my mom is always making me cool belly bands. Now I have John Deere tractor belly bands, how cool is that??

My first week!

It hasn't even been a week yet and I love my new home. My mommy is so much fun and is letting me learn my way around and helping me to get my routine established. I love to sit in her lap while she pecks away on the computer. My mom and dad have a nice RV and sounds like we will get to go lots!
