My vet visit

Went to the vet Friday. I've lost 2 lbs. :) does this mean I can have my steak now? what do you mean NO? I deserve a steak, don't you think? I got all my shots and was checked from top to bottom (I don't like the bottom part). Everytime we get in the car, I know its because I am going to the vet, and oh, I do not like it. But I behaved this time and got a nice treat. After, mommy took me for a long walk, which made me feel so much better. I think I see mommy in the kitchen.....bark you later!!!! Woof!!!!

Obesity runs in my family....

I am getting so fat, I don't know why. I eat normal (I think), actually I am hungry ALL the time and I am just never satisfied. Mommy is being real strict with my diet because she wants me to loose weight. But why, I thought I look cute fat. Oh well, I must do what mommy says......hey, its that BBQ Steak I smell.....Catch you later......

Where are my parents?

Ok, my parents were gone for awhile, but uncle was taking care of me. At first I did not like him, I kept barking at him all the time. But I realize he was feeding me, and loving me just like my parents. Don't tell my parents but he would bring me "Pollo Tropical" everyday? That's chicken on the grill. Oh....I can still smell it. Of course when mom and dad came back, the chicken was gone. They really don't like me eating that kind of food, cause it doesn't do well with my stomach...Oh, but I love it so much. I wonder when uncle will babysit me again, I can't wait for that chicken....Mmmmm.......

Mommy is back and I got a doggy door

Mommy is finally back. Woof!!!! I also got a nice gift: a doggie door. At first, I was scared of it, but now I am a pro. It is cool to be able to go in and out as I please. Although I do need to be in more because my type cannot be in this Florida heat for a long time. Thanks mom & dad, you are the best.

ok, where is mommy?

mommy has been away, i think. i miss her so much. daddy is good to me, but i miss mommy tucking me in at night and making sure i am comfortable. you see, since i am old i get cold at night, so she makes sure i don't get cold by putting a blankie on my bed. also, i miss my massages, and daddy does them, but its not the same...:(
can't wait for mommy to get home, i think she is with grandma. i hope grandma comes with her so that she can spoil me again giving me lots of apples. Mmmm........

Grandmas' Visit

my grandma (human grandma) was here visiting and she really spoiled me. Every morning she would give me apple pieces. Mmm....I love apples. Mommy did not mind since apples clean my teeth (the few that I have left) and it helps my doggie breath get better. But grandma is gone and i want my apples... where are they? Mommy give me appleas please.....

Mommy is Back :)

All right, mommy is back from, where was she? I don't know. All I know is that she is back and i am so happy. I mean I was happy having daddy around, but its not the same. There is nothing like mommy's love. :)

My dry eyes are better/Where is Mommy?

I just went to the vet a couple of days ago (Noooooo!!!), and he said my eyes are much better. Those cold drops my mommy and daddy put everyday sure feel good in my eyes. Now the mouth rinse I hate, just looking at that bottle I run away, but when I see the eye drops, Ahhh..... that feels great. Mommy is not around. I have not seen her in a long time, I think she is traveling somewhere. Daddy is taking good care of me, but i miss mommy, i miss waking her up every morning to feed me, instead I have to wake daddy up and daddy takes a long time to get out of bed. Poor daddy, he needs mommy too. I am sure mommy misses me too. I just know how much I light up her life. I keep thinking she is coming any day now. Mommy? Mommy? Are you home yet? :(

My dry eyes Part 2

Ok so i went to the vet again, and my eyes are better. He said I have to have artificial tears put in my eyes twice each day. Mommy puts them in the fridge and they are cold, so when she puts them in my eyes, its soooo sooothing.
I kind of like this old pug life of mines, i get lots of attention. I get my ears, eyes, mouth (no bad breath for me), and all my face wrinkles cleaned several times a day. Yes, its great to be an old pug, Life is GOOOOOD. Woof!!!

My Dry Eyes

ok, so i am at the vet the other day and my eyes are really red. the vet says i have dry eye syndrome and now i have to have artificial tears put into my eyes forever. Its crazy, first it was my thyroid, and now is my eyes. i can see well. good thing my mommy and daddy are taking care of it, otherwise, i would have gone blind. i just love my parents. they are the best. they still love me with all my health problems. :)
