Arrival Story: I found her online while searching for local breeders, After speaking with the breeder and finding out Tawni's history I knew I had to go get her. When the breeder had learned Tawni had been abused by her first owners the breeder took her back in, the gentleman had kicked Tawni breaking her little tiny right front leg, she had surgery to repair her break and you can see the pin in her little leg, after driving 3 hours to get her when we arrived and the breeder presented Tawni to us I could not believe how tiny and fragile she was, she was in the midst of a pack of Chihuahuas and they all towered over her she was scared to death and unsure of everything, needless to say I scooped her up took her home, we have had ups and downs with her due to her small size but I would not trade her for the world, she came into my life after the passing of my mom I believe Tawni was heaven sent, she is my sunshine! Bio: To spite her physical limitations, she has the heart of a lion. She tries her best to keep up and play...she is the sweetest little Chihuahua. I am blessed to have her in my life, she is my sunshine and can put a smile on your face when there are bad days, and can make you laugh just by being her!!! Forums Motto: A little ray of sunshine

Today I am celebrating one year at the bridge along with family and friends!! I know my family misses me very much still and I miss them to. I watch over them and I am always close, I am safe and healthy here at the bridge and my days are filled with so much love and fun!! Don't be sad for me, I am whole again and I will never leave your heart.
My heart is breaking today, a very dear friend is joining the angels today. Levi and his family were some of the first friends we met when we joined Dogster back in 07, the memories I have are to many to share but they do bring a smile and even a giggle! Levi you touched our hearts and you will never be forgotten, thank you for the wonderful memories. I am waiting for you at the bridge my friend, we love you Levi and always will.
my parents went to pick up my ashes and there are home now, mom made me a little memorial with my picture in a pretty frame sitting on my ashes box. Its very pretty, mom will post pics of it. It was a very emotional day for my parents, but mom has been talking to friends that keep her going and remind her that I am more than ok now, I am whole again!! We will meet again, until then enjoy my memories and I know I was very loved. I want to share with you all something that was sent to me by a sweet fur and her family...Thank you Sadie8-27-96-4-16-10
To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say, but first of all, to let you know that I've arrived okay.I'm writing this from the Rainbow Bridge. Here I dwell with GOD above, Here there is no more tears of sadness; ther is just eternal love. Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight. Remember that I am with you every morning, noon & night. That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through, GOD picked me up & hugged me & He said "I welcome you." Its good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone, as for your dearest family they'll be here later on. I need you badly, you are part of my life plan, There's so much we have to do to help our mortal man." GOD gave me a list of things that he wished for me to do And foremost on the list was to watch & care for you. And when you lie in bed at night, the days chores put to flight, GOD & I are close to you in the middle of the night. When you think of life on earth & all those loving years, Because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears. But do not be afraid to cry, it does relieve the pain. Remember there could be no flowers, unless there could be some rain.I wish that I could tell you all that GOD has planned, If I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand. But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is over, Now, more than ever before my life to you is closer. There are many rocky roads ahead of you & many hills to climb, But together we can do it by taking one day at a time. It was always my philosophy & I'd like it for you too, That as you give the world, the world will give to you. If you can help somebody who's in sorrow & pain, Then you can say To GOD at night & my day was not in vain.And now I am contented that my life was worth while, Knowing as I passed along the way I made someone smile.
