Arrival Story:
She was a stray puppy found at an elementary school which is how she got her name (Ellie for elementary). We fostered her through our rescue program but decided pretty quickly to keep her. Very smart dog, graduated at the top of her class in obedience, very good agility dog but retired due to hip dysplasia. She completed her OA and OAJ titles in AKC Agility and amassed many blue, red and yellow ribbons.

Bio:
Very easy going, calm and sweet dog. Good with children, cats, even tiny kittens. She is also the alpha dog at our house. She loves jumping off the dock to swim! Ellie is also the doggie ambassador to any of the rescue dogs that come for a visit. She teaches them the ways of the world to prepare them for their new homes.
