Good morning Merlin my sweet and gentle and wonderful giant.

More wonderful people have given you and the rest of our doggy family lots of wonderful Christmas gifts, again they are far too many to thank individually. So on behalf of Merlin and the rest of my doggy family, thank each and everyone of you for showing such kindness, Dogster people are wonderful and amazing.

Its an extremely hot day again, just like yesterday. Mike dressed up as Santa and Mia's face was a picture, and when she saw her playground with the jungle gym and paddling pool she had a huge smile over her face. But it was really too hot for her to really enjoy it, there was a danger of her getting sun burned. It was only when the sun was setting that she could really enjoy herself, she had a high old time and definitely well worth all the effort and work. It was so hot even Molly and Spud weren't running around like lunatics, and it looks like its going to be the same today.

Your mum bought me a digital photo frame I've loaded lots of photo's of you, Molly, Mia and a few aircraft along with the RAF ensign. It really is brilliant and as the memory stick can hold lots of photo's I can add more and more over time. Its only now that I can look at your photographs without tears streaming down my face, I look at you, your beautiful face and remember the wonderful times we had together. I just wish we had more time together my sweet boy, my best friend and the best friend I ever had, a friend that only comes along once in a lifetime.

Well I guess its time that you went and had some more fun with your buddies.

I love you and I miss you so much my boy.

Your ever loving Daddy
