Arrival Story:
Attis was meant to be with us... We spoke to our breeder regarding another dane (a playmate for Libby) and about three weeks later Attis came into our lives. Attis was suppose to go home with another family but that family found themselves in a different financial situation at the very moment when he was ready to go to his forever home-they recognized that it was more important that he went to another loving family even though they loved him very much. And that is how he became a part of ours-our breeder called us and advised us that he was available and that she would give us a couple of days to think about it-how could we resist another dane? and the rest is history-now we have two....
Bio:
Attis is a Harlequin Great Dane who loves to be with his mom, dad and sister Libby. He is the very meaning of "gentle giant", so calm and obediant-considering his size. One thing that is very interesting about Attis is that he absolutely loves us to sing to him and whisper "good boy" in his ear-he will just sit there and listen to you.
Attis loves to chew on bite size (what toy isn't bite size to a great dane?) squeekie toys (the most coveted items is the bite size birds, bees and green turtle eggs)-these items are the most prized posessions of both Attis and sissy Libby.

My mom calls my sister and I "grey" danes. Today my sister Libby and I played outside for almost two hours. We love to watch the squirrels run around on the telephone pole. I wonder what the neighbors think when they just see us staring at the sky? BOL- Mom even says we look like a bunch of crazy danes just staring into outerspace. I can't disagree.
My sister and I were having so much fun that when mom finally called us in we were grey and black not the usual white and black. Mom has finally came to accept the dirty dane in us and just wipes us off and then we are on our way to dinner. YUM, YUM....
