A Dog's Life by Mejo-Rhino

Living with big foot.

October 15, 2004

Well first thing this morning I was just crossing the living room floor and lo and behold that big old clumsy girl Sadie Mae comes running from her room in the laundry room and stomps all over me. This is not the first time either, but I can hold my own with that girl. She is always coming up and trying to make me turn in circles and trying to kiss me in the mouth but I don't put up with it. I am too old for all that nonsense. Just look where you are going. Looks like she would learn after the first few times. Anyway I took a little nap after this, ( I take a lot of little naps all during the day.) When I woke up again and started to the kitchen for a drink of water, here comes big foot and starts herding me around again. I gave her what for and she left me alone to get a drink. I start back to the den to take another little nap and here comes that little TK, all hyper and he starts running behind me and nipping my butt, until I have to turn around and chase the little whippersnapper away from me. He just keeps it up until I finally catch him and bite him. Then the little whippersnapper starts yip, yip, yipping at me which brings Big Foot Sadie Mae back to my attention. I have to give her what for again and finally make it back to my couch to take another nap. I do have to say though, when we hear a noise that is strange we are all three a team with our barking to scare whatever it is away.
