 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: April 18th 1996
Likes: ME, ME and more ME. Must be close to me at all times.

Pet-Peeves: I'm not near her. Waiting for cookies. Motorcycle noise, fast moving things-she chases moving objects.

Favorite Toy: Chewies, tugs, stuffed toys. Roughhousing with Kali and Kojo.

Favorite Food: ANYTHING! FOOD, FOOD, FOOD of any kind anywhere.

Favorite Walk: Laguna Lake wilderness area running free.

Best Tricks: Talking. Some agility-loves the ramp and the walk-over. Keeping tabs on me when we off leash explore.

Arrival Story: Greta is a Dingo/Corgi cross. Look at those ears! She was abandoned in acres and acres of fields. She'd been there 2-3 years. Bred to a Rottie; owners had him kill the pups while they garroted her. Local rescuer heard about her and had to use a net and noose to capture her. Totally wild, thin beyond imagination with 9 pups hidden in a pile of plastic irrigation tubing.
Met foster mom at memorial services for our beloved animal communicator. I went to see "Greda" (growling red dog). She circled me warily, but took liver bits from my hand. 2nd visit, I ignored her and pups came a'runnin' to my lap. She quietly circled around, lay at my right side. I reached out and T-touched her for quite a while. 3rd visit, we went out for a walk. Greda became Greta, my beloved, close, dearest companion. She's lying here by my feet.

Bio: She did an agility class in flying colors, but an old injury curtailed our fun. She loves to run free in fields. She keeps in contact with me mentally. I just "think" that I'm returning to a certain spot and she'll quickly join me for the return together.
She loves to go riding with me and my gelding Spirit. She's usually leading us out, but often (as in the case of 3 tailing coyotes one day) will put her nose to his heel and follow closely.
She HATES motorcycles, runners, bicycles (one day she hit the front tire of a rider with both her front paws...she doesn't do that stuff nowadays, has more training). She gets along well with other dogs in off-leash areas.
A great auntie for Kuli's pups and for Kali and now Kojo. She is always teaching Kali proper behavior and loves a rough and tumble with her. She played gently with little 'Shiba' and when Kali's litter was eating, she would not take anything from the pups, but if something fell outside of one of their dishes, it was fair game.
Highly intelligent, intuitive, a great caretaker for me after my heart surgery (made sure I took my prescribed walks). I adore this dog.

Forums Motto: Loyal, loving, freedom loving lady.
