Baby Ruth was dumped at an animal shelter because she was old, blind and fat. Dachshund Rescue (www.drna.org) fostered her and I adopted her when she was 14 years old.
She went on a diet and lost 6 pounds, now she loves to run around. Baby Ruth is a very sweet girl but can be grumpy at times. She is almost blind but finds her way around the house pretty well.
She is a little doggie with a big personality, I love her dearly!
Bio:
Baby Ruth has the funniest ears, they stand out sideways and can look like little sails in the wind.
