My new buddy!

I got a new buddy. Her name is Tessa. I went to meet her at the humane society and she came home to live with my mommy and I. We play together and keep each other company during the day. I think its great having a new buddy to play with. Only one problem, she takes up my side of the bed now. But mommy makes room for both of us.
She's pretty cool for a shelter dog. What am I saying, I was almost a shelter dog. Thank goodness my mommy took me in when my former owners couldn't keep me. I'm so happy to have Tessa in my family. Arooooooo!

Vacation in North Carolina

This year we decided to drive to North Carolina. I usually leave Harlee at home with friends when I go away. However, since my parents were bringing their dogs, I took Harlee.
We had a great time. She loves to go anywhere in the car. I think she thought this was a really long ride to the pet store or to see her friends. I posted some new pictures on the site of her in the grass at my friend's house. She loved it up there. All kinds of new smells and animals to check out. The best part was when we pulled up to my mom's house, her friends Lady, Chica, and Skipper were there waiting for her to arrive.

My first dog park

Today my mommy took me to my first dog park. We went to Windmill park in Coconut Creek, FL. I had a lot of fun running around with some new friends. I met a schnauzer named Fritz, a poodle named Nieve, and another beagle named Buster. It was quite hot out today but it was fun. I can't wait to go again and meet more new friends.
