Arrival Story:
My fiance wanted a male husky and we went to see a litter of puppies that were being given away too young. We're experienced dog people so we knew we could bottle feed the puppies if necessary. We drove 5 hours there and saw all the puppies and their parents (two separate litters, all sled dogs) We were just going to get one puppy for Larry but I saw Banshee and couldn't say no. She cried all the way back 5 hours and she's white so we called her Banshee.

Bio:
Banshee and her half brother Legend were adopted at ages 4 and 6 weeks respectively. They were raised as separately as possible, and each has become wonderfully bonded to its owner. (me and my fiance) Banshee is the dog I have always wanted, she is beautiful, sound of mind and body, focused and driven to please. She has the energy and stamina required for agility and flyball, as well as sledding. She excells in agility and flyball, and sledding is next on our list to try!

... or should I say sled dragging? Mon and Larry hooked Raider, Legend, me and Avalanche up to their brand new doggedsled yesterday, and Mon promptly fell off and we took off with the sled! Mon yelled for us to stop but apparenly Raider doesn't remember any of his commands and so he just kep on running. I tried to go back, I don't wanna leave Mon!! but I got dragged along by the other three doggdes. Well, We had a nice run around the whole city, and a policed man found us on the busdyist street in Laramie! He tried to look at my collar so he could see my tag (I didn't kno I had a tag? is it a dog tag or a toe tag?) but I don't let jus anyone touch my royal highness self so I tried to bite him! Serves him right, he didn't even bow first! But then he went and looked at Raiders tag (what is it with tags? Are we some kinda produce?) And we got taken home. But no Mon! She wasn't there! So I went lookin for her. But she showed up right after I started looking and I comed right to her. Wasn't I a gooded girl?! I guess she was lookin for us the whole tine. Welp, nobody got hurt badly, Mon got a little sore but that's all, and the sled is still perfect condition. Alls well that ends well, so says Mon. She sayds we might even get to go again today!! Only she sayds that THIS time, she's gonna tied that doggedsled to her boot so we can't runned away. AND she sayds we're gonna go out to the Wilderdness so there's no cars to runned us over in cased we DO get away.
