You have been gone for a year and I am just now able to really reflect on your life with us and how we are now that you are over the bridge.

I miss you alot, and have been dreaming about you the last few weeks. You were a great companion and pal-- you made me laugh alot--- when you chased the squirrels-boy you hated having them in your yard, how you would bark at the mailman until he gave you a biscut-cause you had just learned 'speak' and you knew a treat came after speaking, and my favorite was when you would jump out of the bushes to bark at anyone walking by your yard.

Do you remember the day Rush Limbaugh came to our humble town cause some nut baked some cookies or some crap to sell in support of his 'cause'----the ' Ditto Heads" had to walk by the house to get back to their transportation and I let you scare all of them but made you stayon the porch when a real human walked by-- and yes we could tell the difference :) BOL

You were a favorite of my Dad and he always snuck you food even tho we asked him not to--I am sure the two of you are having a grand time sharing treats and not gaining an ounce!!

I do think I kept you here a little longer than I should have--those last few months were not alot of fun for you or us-- but it was so hard to let you go even tho I knew it was the best thing for you! I hope my dreams go back to when you were a young ,healthy pup-- cause my dreams now remind me of when Mom and Dad passed- I always dreamed of them sick and it took several years for me to dream of them as well and healthy. I do know you are better now and you have Laurel and Hardy to keep you company. I miss all of you more than I can say and I wish I could have you all back here with me even if it was only an hour so I could hug you all just one more time :(

Rest easy Sweet Sadie and please visit me in my dreams and know I Love you always.
