Sunday, September 13th, is National Pet Memorial Day in the United States. No matter what continent you live on, I hope you will take a minute to remember pets that were important to you!

These are some that I will remember on this day and every day!

Socks, our black and white king of the home kitty
Annie, my sweet darling black and silver schnauzer
Boomer, our big old gentle protective golden retriever
Zephyr, my vivacious stick fanatic swimming yellow lab
Dingo, my loyal queensland blue heeler
King, my childhood german shephard
Taffy, my first dog mixed breed blond and white

Thanks for telling the doggie world about this special day! You have a great list of wonderful family members. I'm going to make an entry in my diary in memory of those close to my (and Mom & Dad's) heart that are now roaming the wide open spaces up at Rainbow Bridge.

I missed this special day...I'd have to list all the critters I ate that are...close to my heart...well were close to my heart they are digested now. I'm so Bad! I also had some stuffies I could have written about.

Mom and Pops have some pets they miss too. It's a good thing they have Ruby & me to keep their mind off them or they'd be sad all the time. We keep our people happy and entertained constantly so they smile
