Arrival Story: We went to get her from the shelter but were disappointed to learn that she would spend that night at the vet after being spayed. Well, it turns out she had kennel cough so the spaying was to be delayed. We raced over to the vet's office before they closed so that she wouldn't have to be there alone. I still remember how she clung to my husband for dear life when the vet tech gave her to us. We took her home and she has been happy ever since (and yes, she did get spayed as soon as the kennel cough cleared up). Bio: Kona is a graduate of basic obedience and is currently pursuing a degree in agility. This dog is SMART.
