She hardly ever gets non-dog food, but she loves road trips because she knows it means french fries when we stop for food.

Favorite Walk:
Up a mountain - the steeper the better!

Best Tricks:
She can catch a ball in the air. She can get under the covers of a bed (covering herself entirely) while leaving it still mostly made.

Arrival Story:
Mia was abused and then abandoned in a condemned house by drug dealers. Luckily, she was rescued a week before the building was demolished. Although fully grown, she weighed half what she should have and was at the rescue for almost a year due to her great and understandable fear of strangers. I fell in love with her sweet nature and determination, which surely helped her survive.

Bio:
Now, Mia is a completely different dog. She warms up to people within a few minutes and then wants nothing but belly rubs!
