It's been awhile!

Sorry that it's been awhile! We got to go to the lake during my mommy's spring break. It was great. We got to see my granny, grandpa, Mollie, and Marlee (my grandparent's pups). We had a good time. I was real upset that I didn't get to go on the boat. Mommy and daddy said that Zia was too young, plus my daddy bought a new boat and said that he doesn't want us scratching up his boat...whatever that means! My mommy is also putting me on a diet! Can you believe that?? I actually think she's starving me. I had to go get my shots and they said I weighed 41 pounds! I think I look good, but mommy says I need to lose at least 6 pounds. She said she was going to cut back on my food and make me take longer walks. I'm okay with the longer walks, but cutting back on what little I already eat?! That's crazy!

She's back!

Well, Zia is back to feeling normal today. She has been bugging me all day. She wants to play (and I really do, too) but Mommy and Daddy won't let us. They are afraid that I will hurt her, something about popping her stitches out. Daddy was off work today so he stayed home with us all day long! Poor Mommy, she had to work today.

Zia's home!

Mommy and Daddy brought Zia home about an hour ago. She must have been glad to see me because her tail was wagging! She doesn't act like she feels too good right now. She came in, took a drink, ate a few bites, threw up, and went to sleep. Mommy says she'll be back to normal in a few days. Mommy and Daddy bought us both new toys today. Zia got a "girl" hedgehog and I got a boy one. Zia's has pink feet and mine has black. They are really cute! Will let ya'll know later how Zia is feeling.

My poor sister!

My sister is going somewhere tomorrow to get fixed. I didn't know she was broken. I hope I didn't hurt her while we were playing when my mommy and daddy were gone this weekend. We just rolled around like we always do. Except Zia brought in some bark from the tree and chewed it up in the living room. Zia is getting lots of extra hugs (ok, can't gripe because I am, too). Anyway, I heard mommy and daddy say that Zia was getting a new toy tomorrow, too, and that I would get one! Uh-oh! I just figured it out...I got fixed a long time ago and I wasn't feeling good for a few days. I'd better not tell Zia what is happening to her tomorrow. Will let you know tomorrow how she is feeling. I do kinda like her (don't tell her, though) and feel sorry for her. Maybe I'll be extra nice to her, nah, she'll really think something is up.
